SFDC Test lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Salesforce testing activities across multiple projects and releases
• Define test strategy test plans test scenarios and test execution approach
• Coordinate with business stakeholders Salesforce developers architects and project managers
• Review business requirements user stories and technical specifications for test coverage
• Oversee Functional Regression System Integration UAT and End to End testing
• Validate Salesforce configurations customizations workflows approval processes and integrations
• Lead defect triage meetings and track defect resolution
• Manage testing deliverables status reporting risk assessment and stakeholder communications
• Mentor and guide QA team members and ensure adherence to testing best practices
• Drive test automation initiatives and continuous improvement activities
