  • 8+ years of experience leading manual testing efforts, developing test plans, and managing the defect lifecycle to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Experience in Salesforce QA testing.
  • Create, review, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional and business requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of QA testing methodologies that cover all aspects of software testing, including functional testing, UI/UX testing and usability testing
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure thorough understanding of requirements.
  • Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and releases, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Track, log, and manage defects in JIRA, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution with development teams
  • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and recommend process improvements to reduce recurring issues
  • Should be fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
  • Willing to learn and get knowledge on new domains
  • He/she will be in a contributing role supporting the team in test case writing and test case execution
  • Identify and resolve defects promptly and efficiently, working closely with development teams to ensure timely fixes
  • Ensure compliance with QA best practices and Salesforce platform limitations while maintaining documentation standard
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members in manual testing practices, Salesforce QA, and JIRA usag
