We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The role requires a blend of business consulting, campaign strategy, and technical expertise to deliver scalable, data-driven customer engagement solutions.

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand marketing objectives and translate them into SFMC solutions [crm.folio3.com]
- Conduct discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and solution blueprinting
- Provide strategic recommendations on customer journeys, campaign optimization, and personalization
- Design and implement end-to-end Marketing Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements [ca.jooble.org]
- Configure and develop SFMC modules:
- Journey Builder
- Email Studio
- Automation Studio
- Mobile & Advertising Studio
- Define data models, data extensions, segmentation strategies
- Design and execute email, SMS, and multi-channel campaigns [hiredigital.com]
- Develop personalized, automated customer journeys and segmentation strategies
- Manage campaign lifecycle including build, testing, deployment, and optimization
- Integrate SFMC with CRM, Data Cloud, and third-party systems [careers.sa...sforce.com]
- Manage subscriber data, segmentation logic, and data hygiene
- Support data migration, transformation, and synchronization
- Track campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Use analytics to improve ROI and customer engagement
- Perform A/B testing and continuous optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT)
- Manage client communication, expectations, and escalations [careers.sa...sforce.com]
- Provide training and enablement to end users
- 5+ years overall experience with 2–4+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Hands-on implementation experience in SFMC projects (end-to-end) [placewell.com]
- Experience working with enterprise clients and multi-channel campaigns
- Strong expertise in:
- Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio
- Data extensions, SQL, segmentation
- Experience in:

- API-based integrations and data pipelines
