Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant with over 8 years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform, specifically within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC/FSV). The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in Salesforce development, integration, and compliance, with a strong focus on the Financial Services domain.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce/FSC solutions based on operational and functional needs, ensuring scalability and alignment with CRM strategy.
- Develop and customize Salesforce components including Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Queueables, Platform Events, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including PDD, SDD, Data Mapping Documents, and Test Cases.
- Conduct requirement-gathering meetings with stakeholders and provide technical guidance during pre-sales, architecture discussions, and project implementation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot FSC components and integrations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, specifically with Apex, LWC, and FSC data models.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, including FLS/CRUD, Role Hierarchies, and Shield Encryption.
- Expertise in integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Middleware.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Document Understanding/OCR integrations.
- Familiarity with OmniStudio/Vlocity and CRM Analytics.
- Knowledge of banking domain processes, including customer onboarding and KYC compliance.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
