Role & Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, pixelperfect storefronts on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C Commerce) using SFRA and ISML templates.
- Translate UX designs into reusable frontend components with modern HTML5, CSS3/SASS and ES6+ JavaScript, ensuring crossbrowser and mobile performance.
- Integrate frontend code with SFCC cartridges, OCAPI/WebDAV and backend APIs for cart, checkout and personalization flows.
- Optimize page load, render performance and Lighthouse metrics; implement lazy loading, asset bundling and caching strategies.
- Collaborate with QA, backend and product teams to triage issues, implement A/B test variations, and ensure CI/CD deployments meet quality gates.
- Maintain frontend engineering standards: component libraries, code reviews, accessibility (WCAG) checks and automated tests.
