Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and architecture, with the ability to design and implement complex solutions to meet business needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to define and document technical requirements.
- Lead the integration of Salesforce with third-party applications and systems.
- Develop technical documentation and architecture diagrams for solutions.
- Guide and mentor junior developers and other team members on Salesforce best practices.
- Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and adherence to Salesforce development standards.
- Participate in troubleshooting and debugging of Salesforce applications.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-13 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).
- Proficiency in database management and data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with Salesforce security and sharing model.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
