Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration and customization
- Strong knowledge of Apex programming language and triggers
- Experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components for responsive iPad interfaces
- Expertise in Visualforce page development
- Competence in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL)
- Ability to design and implement data models and manage relationships between Salesforce objects
- Skills in low-code automation tools (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules)
- Experience with APIs and integrating Salesforce with external telco systems (e.g., inventory, billing, CRM)
- Familiarity with unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting in Salesforce
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments
- Experience with mobile optimization and responsive UI/UX design for iPad usage
- Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications (recommended)
- Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development environments
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions to support telco retail store agent workflows on iPads
- Build and optimize buyflow (purchase journey) processes for in-store agents, ensuring seamless and user-friendly experiences on mobile devices
- Develop and maintain support journeys, including case management, knowledge access, and incident resolution for agents assisting customers in-store
- Create responsive and intuitive Lightning Web Components (LWC) and user interfaces tailored for iPad use, ensuring optimal performance and usability
