Job Description

Detailed JD:

  • Platform Operations Act as the administrator for Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC ensuring data integrity system performance and compliance with privacy regulations
  • Campaign Management Develop execute and monitor automated multichannel marketing campaigns email SMS push notifications using Journey Builder and Automation Studio
  • Data Segmentation Personalization Manage customer data segment audiences and implement personalization strategies using AMPScript and SQL
  • Integration Technical Support Collaborate with ITSales teams to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM Salesforce Core and other thirdparty tools via APIs
  • Analytics Optimization Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights reports and recommendations for improving engagement rates
