The ideal candidate should have 6-8 years of exclusive hands-on experience in Learning Management System of SuccessFactors HR. The candidate should have worked on implementation and maintenance of this module across countries, preferably in mid/large size organization
Duties and responsibilities
Investigate, analyze, and resolve technical problems and develop effective solutions.
Collaborate strongly with (technical/functional) Product Owners to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis to ensure alignment with SF-LMS capabilities.
Actively support in translating business needs into system configurations, creating solution designs that adhere to best practices.
Manage system configuration, refresh, and migration processes to ensure a smooth implementation.
Execute test plans to validate system functionality and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Actively supports post-implementation support and knowledge transfer documentation.
Sound knowledge in Story Reporting for LMS and skilled in building Custom reports using PRD.
Should be skilled and experienced in LMS Security Configurations, Domains, Sub- domains, and Custom roles.
Should have experience with Integration of SF LMS with external tools like Degreed, LinkedIn, and other SF Modules.
Good to have integration experience with respective core modules
