Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy Salesforce Experience Cloud sites for customers and partners.
- Enable Sales Cloud features (Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Quotes, Orders) within Experience Cloud portals.
- Implement Partner Relationship Management (PRM) capabilities such as lead registration, opportunity sharing, and partner onboarding.
- Configure user access, profiles, permission sets, sharing sets, and role hierarchy for external users.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, approval processes, and automation.
- Customize portal UI using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and standard Experience Cloud templates.
- Integrate Experience Cloud with third-party systems (DocuSign, CPQ, ERP, REST APIs).
- Ensure solutions follow security, performance, and data privacy best practices.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production issues.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution design and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience, with hands-on Experience Cloud implementation.
- Strong experience in Sales Cloud (Leads, Opportunities, Quotes, Orders).
- In-depth knowledge of Experience Cloud licenses, sharing model, and security.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and basic Apex.
- Strong understanding of Sales processes (Lead-to-Cash, Partner Sales).
- Experience with CI/CD, Agile, and SDLC methodologies.
