Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Engineer to join our team and lead the development of new Salesforce
applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and custom development,
and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intricate, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop APEX Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and VisualForce on the Force.com platform.
- Design, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with various teams to design and implement complex, cross-functional solutions.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers.
- Ensure all custom Salesforce development adheres to best practices and security standards.
- Conduct code reviews and testing to maintain high-quality development standards.
- Prepare design documents, including architecture, API, and custom objects.
- Utilize SOQL, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, and other development tools for customized functionality.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6 years of Salesforce development experience, including APEX Classes, VisualForce Pages, Lightning Web Components,
Lightning App Builder, Flows, and Community Cloud.
- Proficient in SOQL, JavaScript, and Salesforce platform features.
- Skilled in designing and implementing custom Force.com enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with SFDC governor limits, best practices, and their effective implementation.
- Experience developing integrations using Force.com APIs with upstream and downstream applications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration and SDLC best practices.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II (required).
- Additional Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Communities and Portals.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, such as Copado/Flossum and GitHub.
- Experience with JIRA for project management and issue tracking.
