Title : CPQ Senior general Salesforce Solutions Engineer
Location : Hyderabad
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Salesforce CPQ, experience working in enterprise environments, and the ability to collaborate across Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities CPQ Solution Ownership
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions across the quote-to-cash lifecycle
- Configure Product Bundles, Options, Features, Product Rules, and Configuration Rules
- Implement Price Rules, Discount Schedules, and complex pricing models (tiered, subscription, volume-based)
- Configure Quote Templates, approvals, renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycle
Development & Customization
- Extend CPQ functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows where required
- Ensure scalable and optimized quote calculation and pricing performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ configuration, pricing, and calculation issues
Integration & Data
- Integrate CPQ with ERP, Billing, Order Management, and external systems
- Support product catalog management, pricing data, and configuration data integrity
- Ensure accurate data flow across Quotes, Orders, and Contracts
Release & Deployment
- Participate in release planning and manage CPQ deployments using Git and CI/CD tools (Copado preferred)
- Perform impact analysis, dependency tracking, and pre-deployment validation
- Support production deployments and post-release stabilization
Governance & Best Practices
- Follow Salesforce and CPQ best practices, coding standards, and governance processes
- Enforce pricing governance, approval controls, and auditability
- Maintain technical documentation and solution design artifacts
Collaboration & Team Contribution
- Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Product teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Support UAT, user enablement, and production support activities
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ
- Deep understanding of Product Configuration, Pricing, and Quote Lifecycle
- Strong development experience in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows
- Experience working with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware)
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as Copado
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification
- Experience with Salesforce Billing / Revenue Cloud
- Experience in B2B / Enterprise Salesforce environments
