About Position:
We are seeking for Salesforce Architect with hands on experience in LWC, Aura Components, Integration, Apex.

What You'll Do:
- Solution Design: Design and architect solutions to meet business requirements, considering factors like scalability, security, and compliance
- Lead technical teams in the implementation and delivery of solutions.
- Requirements Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Integration: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, such as ERP or marketing automation platforms.
- Prototyping and POCs: Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate feasibility and validate designs.
- Best Practices: Ensure that solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices and design standards.
- Documentation: Document solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
- Technical Debt Management: Identify and mitigate technical debt to ensure long-term maintainability of solutions
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT functions, such as product owners, developers, and business analysts
- Communication: Clearly communicate technical solutions and recommendations to business stakeholders.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Apex, Salesforce Integration Services, LWC , Sales cloud with strong tech lead and team leading capabilities
- Skills: Salesforce Expertise: Min 12+ years of deep knowledge of Salesforce features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce development languages (e.g., Apex, LWC, Integration), data modeling, and integration technologies Problem-Solving
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Consulting Skills: Ability to advise clients on the best approaches to implementing and using Salesforce. Candidate should be around Nashville, USA or ready to move to Nashville. As, Tech Arch need to attend frequent in person meeting with client.
