We're looking for an experienced ITSM Architect / Technical Lead to drive the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise-scale IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.

What You'll Do
- Architect and implement scalable ITSM solutions across incident, problem, change, asset, endpoint, and configuration management.
- Lead package-based (COTS) implementations, customizations, integrations, and AI-enabled automations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor a small development team.
- Design secure, scalable integrations using APIs and modern integration patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver enterprise IT solutions.
- Drive best practices in architecture, governance, security, and Agile delivery.
What We're Looking For
- 8–12 years of experience in ITSM solution delivery.
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture and system integration.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms and service management processes.
- Experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks.
Preferred Skills
- ITIL 4 Certification.
- Experience with ITSM, ITAM, Unified Endpoint Management, or Patch Management.
- Experience with Jira Service Management or HubSpot Ticketing.
- Experience with cloud platforms and API integrations.
- Experience implementing AI-powered workflow automations.
- Familiarity with DevOps best practices.
