Experienced Project Manager with 3+ years in Investment Banking, delivering large-scale global markets transformation initiatives. Skilled in stakeholder management, engaging C-suite and senior leadership to ensure alignment on critical programs. Strong expertise in risk and issue management, proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving blockers through structured governance. Proven ability in budget management, tracking costs, analyzing variances, and ensuring financial discipline. Experienced in resource capacity planning, forecasting demand, and optimizing allocation across multiple projects. Adept at ROI analysis and building financial business cases with clear investment justification. Excellent communication skills, delivering tailored updates to technical teams and executive leadership. Strong documentation and reporting capabilities using JIRA, Confluence, and project status reports for transparency. Hands-on experience in migration planning and execution, including runbooks, go-live coordination, and rollback strategies to minimize disruption. Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, PMI, and PRINCE2 methodologies, with solid understanding of risk, governance, compliance, and financial data in regulated environments.
