Job Description
Understanding of metallurgy and furnace ( TRU/ Muffle/ Induction amd Gas ) operation,Having understanding of environmental applicable Acts & Rules Carry out Sample prepaarion laboratory setting and operation. Supervise day to day operation of all equipments. Understadning of combustion chemistry/E waste and PCB charecteristics, burning process and Environment al impact.Knowledgemwent of digitalisation , LIMBS, Sample preparation, roasting, matting and melting.
Metal Industry - Preferably copper, ferrous and non ferrous.
Ensuring all equipment undergoes timely AMC and calibration with traceable CRM standards to achieve precise ppm and ppb measurements for quality control.
Maintaining accuracy of test results under commercial pressures, especially for moisture % in PCB quality.
Developing a skilled team to prevent contamination in sample preparation, standardization of equipment, validation of test report as even small ppm deviations can significantly impact plant processes.
To support Plant, finance, Commercial & Procurement & sourcing Team. Coordination with National and Internation laboratories surveying commercial PCB and CU scraps , Anode Samples and commercial export samples Alfred H Knight, etc.
