Collaborate with relevant departments, dealers, and advisors to define and finalize the locations for new depots, offices, and temporary parking lots based on operational and strategic needs.
Conduct thorough site assessments and ensure selected locations meet business requirements and market potential.
Lead negotiations and finalize leasing agreements for new locations, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with business objectives.
Coordinate with legal teams to ensure completion of mandatory legal procedures and obtain all necessary licenses and permits for new locations.
Oversee the provision of adequate office utilities, operational equipment, and supplies to ensure new depots are fully operational from day one.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure new depots are equipped with all necessary infrastructure and resources for seamless operations.
Skillsets:
Leverage experience in expanding chains, branches, franchises, and stores, with a focus on controlling all aspects of the process.
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Effective teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
Experience in taxi operations or logistics industry is preferred.
Basic understanding of foreign trade (import-export) principles is an advantage.
