Job Description

Supporting Actions

  • Talent Acquisition (TA)
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with minimal TAT and high quality of hire.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines, vendor networks, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring plans and workforce budgets.
  • Learning & Development (L&D)
  • identify training needs and implement capability development programs.
  • Ensure execution of the annual training calendar with high participation.
  • Measure training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Performance Management System (PMS)
  • Oversee timely and smooth execution of goal setting, mid-year, and annual reviews.
  • Ensure alignment of performance outcomes with development and rewards.
  • Build awareness and drive adoption among employees and managers.
  • Talent Management (TM)
  • Drive Capability building Matrix, succession planning, and career progression frameworks.
  • Support leadership development and individual development plans.
  • Maintain talent dashboards and review progress with stakeholders.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Execute employee engagement and action planning.
  • Lead R&R, wellness, and cultural programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Strengthen employee connect across locations and levels.
  • HR Service Delivery & Operations
  • Ensure smooth and SLA-based delivery of HR services (onboarding, helpdesk, exit, etc.).
  • Drive HR process automation and improve employee self-service experience.
  • 3.Maintain documentation and SOPs for all HR processes.
  • Compliance, Policy & Audit Readiness

1,Ensure compliance as per internal policies, and statutory requirements.

  • Drive audit preparedness and close observations within timelines.
  • Maintain employee documentation and records securely and accurately.
