We are Service, Sales & Marketing company who are representing worlds reputed machine manufacturers in India like:

• WERNER FINLEY, India (Water Chiller)

• FORMAX AUTOMATION, Taiwan (Auxiliary Equipment)

• MULTIPLAS ENGINERY, Taiwan (Vertical & Horizontal Injection M/c)

• BM SILO, Denmark (Square bolted silos)

• LABORSAVE, Israel (Automatic bag emptying m/c)

Job Location: Mumbai (1 candidate). Working from home office, but mostly travelling

Experience: 3 to 5 years, in service with hands on experience from plastics field (machine maintenance, service engineer). Should have background experience of injection moulding, auxiliary equipment, material handling etc.,

Education: BE mechanical / electrical / electronic / instrumentation. AutoCAD knowhow will be given added weightage

Remuneration: As per industry standards & depending on experience and suitability

Job Role and requirements:

• Service Sales Field Engineer is responsible for new installations, trouble shooting of existing installed m/c's, spare parts sale.

• Should be aware of latest Software, PLC, Microprocessor controls and inclined to learn new technology. Candidate should not be hesitant to work with own hands-on field

• Respond to and follow up Service calls till complete resolution of problem. Should be prepared to deal with factory working level to management level at customers site and ensure customer satisfaction. Candidate should possess strong intent & inclination towards high quality of work matching with reputation of Rolintech and brands that we are representing.

• Must be willing to travel anywhere in India & occasionally abroad as may be required for projects or training. Must be willing to be out of home for longer durations and travel anywhere in India without any hesitations

• Field work demands physical fitness, agility and common-sense approach. Should be self sufficient to learn from user's manual and coordinate with service tech of our partners to find solution and resolve issues at customers site.

• Candidate should possess good communication skills (English spoken and written), as one is expected to also handle the effective role of sales, cold calls to customers, generating enquiries, develop close relations with customers

• Should be well versed with MS Office programs like Outlook (emails), Excel and Word.
