About The Job:

The ideal candidate will work closely with the ServiceNow Platform Team and other core stakeholders to ensure the platform performs optimally and aligns with achieving business and company strategic objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

Support the HRSD System & Reporting Team in the configuration, maintenance, and management of HRSD in the ServiceNow platform.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR-related changes, enhancements, workflows and processes within ServiceNow.

Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and HR operations.

Actively participate in team meetings, providing input and suggestions to enhance the platform's effectiveness.

Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and end-to-end impacts to recommend and deliver scalable solutions.

Become an expert on new features and functionality in ServiceNow HRSD and platform to drive adoption of products and services that will improve employee and user experience.

Support various projects and initiatives ensuring the HRSD System Support Team accomplishes tasks and meets deliverables.

ServiceNow HRSD configuration and administration

Hands-on HRSD administration and configuration experience, including setup and maintenance of HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and COE structures.

Strong working knowledge of Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Notifications, HR templates, and HR service configurations.

Proven ability to translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions, designing and testing configurations that improve HR process efficiency and scalability.

Experience implementing enhancements, releases, and small-scale automation with minimal supervision.

Familiarity with HR data flows and integrations (e.g., Workday to ServiceNow), ensuring data consistency and integrity across platforms.

Troubleshooting and issue resolution

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability within ServiceNow.

Experience leveraging ServiceNow troubleshooting tools such as Flow Designer, system logs, script debugger, and update sets to identify and resolve configuration, access, and performance issues.

Able to communicate findings and resolutions effectively to HR and IT stakeholders.

HR process knowledge and cross-functional collaboration

Familiarity with HR operations or shared services model (case management, onboarding, employee journeys, etc.).

Strong communication and collaboration skills to bridge HR and IT teams.

Ability to understand end-to-end process impacts of system changes

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or 3+ years equivalent experience.

5+ years ServiceNow administration experience in HRSD.
