Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Own a portfolio of paid media accounts across search and social, in markets from India to the US. You'll set strategy, manage budgets and be the person clients hear from, not a layer removed from them.

What you'll do

• Own strategy and performance for six to eight client accounts
• Manage significant monthly media budgets across Google and Meta
• Present performance and strategy directly to client stakeholders
• Mentor two to three specialists on the media team
• Contribute to how we structure accounts and report performance
  
  

What we're looking for

• 5+ years managing paid media, agency or in-house
• Demonstrable results on accounts with meaningful budgets
• Fluent in GA4, conversion tracking and attribution concepts
• Comfortable presenting to senior client stakeholders
• Able to explain a disappointing month without hiding behind jargon
  
  

Nice to have

Genuinely optional. Don't self-reject over these.

• Experience across multiple markets or currencies
• Shopping and feed management experience
• Google Ads and Meta certifications
