Job Description

Position: Services Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support and streamline services operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational accuracy, improving service workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination between teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage time-tracking tools, review timesheets, and prepare utilization reports.
  • Monitor, categorize, and assign service tickets while improving workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain operational documentation and provide system training to team members.
  • Support accurate data flow for billing, payroll, and project tracking.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, or Administrative roles.
  • Experience with time-tracking, PSA, or CRM tools.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Non-technical background is acceptable.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable operating laptops and working on ticketing or system-based platforms.
  • Good coordination, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
