ProductSpace is seeking a highly experienced Services Manager (PLM) to lead delivery and operations across PLM implementations and engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PLM platforms like Teamcenter, Windchill, and simulation tools, along with proven leadership in managing teams and client engagements.
Key Responsibilities· Lead end-to-end delivery of PLM and engineering service projects
· Manage implementations and support for Teamcenter / Windchill / Simulation solutions
· Act as the primary client interface for project delivery and escalations
· Drive project planning, execution, and delivery within timelines and budgets
· Manage cross-functional teams (PLM consultants, developers, simulation engineers)
· Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards
· Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
· Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and solutioning
· Monitor resource allocation and optimize team utilization
· Deliver regular performance and status reports to leadership
Required Skills· Strong experience in PLM domain (Teamcenter / Windchill)
· Exposure to simulation tools (CAE/FEA/CFD)
· Expertise in service delivery and project management
· Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills
· Leadership experience managing technical teams
· Knowledge of product lifecycle processes (design to manufacturing)
· Familiarity with integrations (CAD, ERP systems)
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications· Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial preferred)
· MBA or PMP certification is a plus
· Experience in engineering services or product development companies
