Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join a growing team focused on workflow automation, enterprise process transformation, and digital service delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions

• Configure workflows, case management, and automation processes

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements

• Drive adoption of platform best practices and governance standards

• Recommend native platform capabilities over unnecessary customizations

• ServiceNow Platform Architecture

• Flow Designer & Workflow Automation

• Service Catalog & Record Producers

• Case Management

• SLA Management

• Knowledge Management

• Notifications & Assignment Rules

• ACLs, Roles, UI Policies & Data Policies

• Employee Workspaces / Portals

Experience Required

• 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience

• Strong exposure to enterprise workflow solutions

• Experience across HRSD, IRM, Legal Service Delivery, ITSM, CSM, SPM, GRC, or SecOps environments

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow CSA

• CAD

• HRSD Certification
