ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Specialist

Job Description

ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) Specialist with 8+ years of experience.

We are looking for a ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) Specialist with strong hands-on implementation experience and excellent client communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand requirements and design appropriate ServiceNow VR solutions.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow Vulnerability Response, including vulnerability lifecycle, remediation workflows, assignments, SLAs, and reporting.
• Implement and troubleshoot integrations with vulnerability management tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Microsoft Defender, etc.
• Work with CMDB, CIs, asset data, and IRE to ensure accurate vulnerability-to-CI mapping.
• Configure/customize ServiceNow components and troubleshoot implementation issues.
• Conduct client workshops, demos, solution discussions, and provide technical recommendations.
• Support testing, deployment, and post-production issues.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow VR/SecOps implementation.
• Good understanding of vulnerability management processes and tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow platform configuration/development.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working directly with clients.
• Ability to independently analyze requirements and deliver solutions.
• Preferred : ServiceNow VR/SecOps certification and experience with enterprise vulnerability management implementations.
