Job Description

  • Design and develop user interfaces using UI Builder on ServiceNow
  • Configure and customize Workspaces / Portals (Agent Workspace, CSM, HRSD, etc.)
  • Build reusable components, pages, and experiences using Now Experience Framework
  • Integrate UI with backend data (Glide APIs, Script Includes, REST APIs)
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into UI solutions
  • Optimize UI performance, usability, and responsiveness
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and design standards
