Job Title-ServiceNow TSM / CSM Architect

Experience-10-18 Years

Location-Pan India

Notice- Immediate to 30 Days

Requirements;-

(ServiceNow TSM, Servicenow CSM, architect exp is mandatory)

Architecture & Design

oDefine and develop OSS service assurance architecture covering fault, performance, SLA, and probing domains.

oDesign scalable and resilient solutions aligned with telecom standards (e.g., TMF, TOGAF).

Tool Expertise & Integration

oLead integration of OSS tools like Netcool, ServiceNow, HP TeMIP, EMC Smarts, EXFO, and Gigamon.

oEnsure seamless interoperability with NMS/EMS systems and ticketing platforms.

Data & Analytics

oAnalyze KPIs, alarms, and logs across NSS and BSS layers.

oImplement network analytics and big data solutions using tools like Kafka, NiFi, and Hadoop.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years in OSS architecture with focus on service assurance.

Hands-on experience with fault/alarm management, performance monitoring, and SLA tools.

ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) experience is MUST

Good to have Experience implementing AIOps platforms like IBM Watson AIOps, Nokia Assurance Center, or similar

Strong understanding of telecom network domains: RAN, Core, SDN/NFV, IP/MPLS, DWDM, Ethernet.

Experience with virtualization (NFV), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and open-source tools.

Familiarity with OSS/BSS integration and telecom business processes.

Engineering degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in ServiceNow, TOGAF, TMF frameworks.

Experience with Frontier OSS or similar platforms.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in multi-vendor and hybrid environments.
