Role: ServiceNow TPRM/PSM Developer & Administrator

Exp: 8-12 Years

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules such as TPRM, PSM, Custom Applications.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow flow designers, UI policies, and business rules.
• Process Implementation
• Align ServiceNow processes with ITIL best practices.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party systems.
• Automate routine tasks using ServiceNow scripting.
• Document technical specifications, processes and procedures for ServiceNow TPRM & PSM processes.
• Adhere to ServiceNow coding best practices, manage solutions within update sets and contribute to the overall platform governance strategy.
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
• Provide technical support for post-implementation issues.
• Reporting
• Develop dashboards and reports for operational insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Expertise
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration.
• Strong Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideAPI's, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with ServiceNow Integrations with third-party systems.
• Basic knowledge in Service Portal concepts.
• Process Knowledge
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Experience
• 5 to 9 years of ServiceNow development/administration experience.
• Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience with ServiceNow TPRM, PSM, or GRC modules.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
