ServiceNow TNI Architect
Location : Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida, Chennai
Exp : 10-15 years
The ServiceNow TNI Architect will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI) and TMT industry solutions. This role is responsible for defining end‑to‑end solution architecture across CMDB, service models, OSS integrations, and telecom service lifecycle, ensuring scalability, performance, and TM Forum alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and design of ServiceNow TNI / TMT industry solutions.
- Define enterprise-level telecom inventory architecture covering resource, network, and service layers.
- Design and govern CMDB architecture, CI classes, relationships, and service hierarchies.
- Architect telecom-specific device, resource, and service models aligned to business and OSS systems.
- Own Service Graph Connector strategy and implementation for telecom inventory systems.
- Define and oversee OSS/BSS integration architecture using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.
- Architect service fulfilment, assurance, and operational workflows.
- Guide automation strategy using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Decision Tables.
- Ensure data integrity through Import Sets, Transform Maps, and reconciliation strategies.
- Provide technical leadership, design reviews, and architectural governance.
- Act as solution advisor to stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients.
