Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to validate software functionality.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to ensure software quality and compliance with requirements.
- Utilize Automated Test Framework (ATF) for efficient testing processes.
- Participate in Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow Testing and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Experience in automation testing within the ServiceNow platform.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow modules including CMDB, ITAM, ITOM, and ITSM.
- Experience working in Agile environments using SNOW and Azure Boards.
- Ability to analyze test results and prepare detailed test reports.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
