ServiceNow Test Automation Engineer – AutomatePro

The Role

Own test automation for ServiceNow applications using AutomatePro. You will build, run and manage automated test suites that keep releases fast and reliable.

What You'll Do

• Create, execute and manage automated tests on the AutomatePro platform
• Build functional, regression and integration test suites across ITSM, Service Catalogue, HR and IRM
• Schedule, monitor and manage test runs, and diagnose and resolve failures
• Support ServiceNow release and deployment cycles with reliable test coverage
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams with developers, testers and release managers

Must Have

• 5-10 years in testing, with strong hands-on AutomatePro experience
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, Service Catalogue, HR, IRM
• Proven experience building and running automated suites in AutomatePro
• Understanding of the ServiceNow application lifecycle and deployment process
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Good to Have

• AutomatePro modules: AutoTest, AutoDeploy, AutoMonitor
• ServiceNow CSA certification
• CI/CD pipeline integration with AutomatePro
• API testing (REST/SOAP)
