ServiceNow Test Lead

Key responsibilities

·      Define test strategy and test plans.

·      Develop SIT, UAT, integration, and regression test scenarios.

·      Execute testing and validate business requirements.

·      Build and maintain ATF test coverage where applicable.

·      Validate EAM, FSM, WSD, integration, and WDF scenarios.

·      Manage defects, retesting, and quality reporting.

·      Support business users during UAT.

Experience

·      4+ years testing enterprise applications.

·      Experience with ServiceNow testing and ATF.

·      Strong defect management and quality assurance skills.
