Role:Senior ServiceNow Developer / Technical Expert ( Telecom Domain )
Location: India (Hyderabad Preferred) | Remote / Hybrid

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Technical Experts to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow development, telecom domain implementations, and enterprise-scale deployments.
This role requires professionals who have worked on large telecom transformation programs and ServiceNow implementations, particularly within Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM) and Telecom Network Inventory (TNI).
Key Responsibilities:
- 810+ years of total IT experience
- Minimum 56 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong experience in large enterprise ServiceNow implementations
- Telecom domain experience is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management)
- Experience working with Telecom Network Inventory (TNI)
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation and architecture experience
- Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM / TSM, HRSD, SPM, or SAM modules
- Strong knowledge of CSDM 4.0, CMDB, ITIL, integrations, and workflows
- SecOps (Security Operations) and CMDB & Discovery
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, automation, and platform integrations
- Experience with Generative AI, NOW Assist, or Virtual Agents is a plus
Good-to-Have
- Support development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment training and hyper-care activities - Experience in mergers and acquisitions, separations are a strong plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow TSOM implementations
- Integration with Logik.io CPQ and ServiceNow
- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience in solution architecture, presales, or technical consulting
