Job Description

Critical Skills To Possess

  • 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow and HPSM (HP Service Manager).
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM module implementation and customization.
  • Deep understanding of HPSM data structures and service management processes.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Import Sets, Transform Maps, IntegrationHub, ETL).
  • Strong experience in CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and ServiceNow MID server setup

Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration planning, design, and execution of HPSM to ServiceNow transition.
  • Perform data mapping, transformation, and migration of historical and active records (Incidents, Changes, Problems, etc.).
  • Analyze and replicate existing HPSM workflows into ServiceNow using Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Workflows.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
  • Work closely with ServiceNow developers and architects to configure/customize modules (ITSM, CMDB, etc.).
  • Perform rigorous testing, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data and process accuracy.
  • Provide cutover planning, go-live support, and post-migration troubleshooting.
