Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with strong expertise in ServiceNow and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). The role involves leading end-to-end delivery, ensuring high-quality implementations, managing stakeholders, and aligning solutions with business and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects with a focus on GRC/IRM modules.
- Manage project timelines, scope, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA teams, and developers to define requirements and delivery plans.
- Drive GRC implementations including Risk Management, Audit Management, and Policy & Compliance modules.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and governance frameworks.
- Manage and mentor technical teams, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
- Identify delivery risks, provide mitigation strategies, and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
- Ensure solutions align with organizational risk and compliance strategies.
- Provide regular status updates, reporting, and communication to leadership.
Requirement:
- 8–15 years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow delivery/management roles.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
- Experience managing large-scale programs or multiple projects.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, scripting, and integrations.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
