Role: ServiceNow Technical Consultant (ITSM, CSM)

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Pan India

Work Mode: Onsite

Job Description:

The ServiceNow Technical Developer will design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules. This role requires strong technical expertise, scripting skills, and experience in implementing complex workflows and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Development & Configuration

Customize and configure ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Case Management.

Develop workflows, Flow Designer flows, and automation scripts.

Create and maintain UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and script includes.

Integration

Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.

Ensure secure and scalable integration with external systems (CRM, ERP).

Platform Administration

Manage instance upgrades, cloning, and performance optimization.

Configure CMDB, discovery, and asset management.

Quality & Compliance

Adhere to coding standards and ServiceNow best practices.

Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience

4-6 years in ServiceNow development, with hands-on ITSM and CSM implementation experience.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, Jelly, and AngularJS.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and configuration.

Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration.

Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory.

Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM and CSM - Preferred.

Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Good to have.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
