: ServiceNow Technical Consultan

dThis will suit an experienced ServiceNow professional with a successful recent track record. The ideal candidate will want to prove themselves quickly to get a reputation for success in this large and passionate organization

Candidates will be experienced in leading ServiceNow engagements end to en

d,In addition, the successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following dutie

s: Providing hands-on ServiceNow related design and development expertise, supporting a range ServiceNow based consulting initiative

s. Configure / customize ServiceNow platform specifically ITSM and experience with developing integrations with external third party system

s. Prior hands-on experience implementing ITS

M. Define business problems/opportunities with constraints, goals, budgets and timeline

s. Communicates technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audience

s. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business ter

msConsults with business analyst/project manager to develop appropriate technical solution

s. Document and gain acceptance / approvals of selected final solution

s. Execute technical solutions in capacity as a Sr. consultan

t. Contribute to the development of Fujitsu IP solutions in ServiceNo

w. Coach and advise other Developer

s.Qualificatio

nsSkills and Experience Requirement

s: Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experien

ce Development experience on the ServiceNow platform including customization of applications such as ITSM and custom app

s. Experience developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirement

s. Experience with implementation of custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST AP

I) Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale applications and system

s. At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations in the role of a lead consultan

t. Must have strong requirements gathering experienc

e. Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript or other functional programming languag

es Demonstrated understanding of ITIL practic

es Excellent written and oral communication skill

ns ServiceNow certifications - Service Now System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist is must and preferred in ITSM Product lin
