Servicenow Technical Architect

Experience: 10 years+

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Having 9 to 12 Years experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, and data modeling.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, JDBC, LDAP, etc.).
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including ACLs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies.
• Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
• Lead end-to-end development of custom applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and scripting (JavaScript).
• Design and implement system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure platform governance, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical standards.
• Stay current with ServiceNow releases and proactively recommend enhancements.
• Support platform upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting of complex issues.
