ServiceNow Technical Architect

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead end-to-end platform architecture, scalable implementations, integrations, and CMDB strategy aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Handle integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
• Lead CMDB architecture, Service Mapping, and Discovery implementations.
• Manage advanced customizations including Business Rules, Flows, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Ensure CMDB governance, data quality, normalization, and reconciliation.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support presales activities, solution design, and effort estimations.
  
  

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, and Discovery.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, and scripting.
• Experience in REST/SOAP integrations and Integration Hub.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent.
• Exposure to enterprise/multi-instance ServiceNow environments.
