We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer / Technical Architect to join a large-scale ServiceNow transformation program focused on designing, implementing, and enhancing enterprise service management solutions. The project involves platform modernization, workflow automation, CMDB governance, service mapping, and enterprise integrations across multiple ServiceNow modules. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams in an Agile environment.
Your tasks
- Driving ServiceNow architecture aligned with enterprise standards and scalability
- Leading solution design for implementations and enhancements
- Developing scalable ServiceNow applications
- Configuring modules, workflows, catalogs, automation, and portals
- Managing CMDB strategy, CI class design, and Discovery integration
- Ensuring secure, upgrade-safe, and high-performing solutions
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
- Assessing risks and defining mitigation plans
- Mentoring junior developers and sharing best practices
- Participating in Agile ceremonies, estimations, and sprint planning
Requirements
- At least 7 years of ServiceNow development experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Architecture or Technical Leadership roles
- Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and CMDB
- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Process Automation
- Proficiency in server-side and client-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs)
- Knowledge of CMDB architecture, CI modeling, and data architecture
- Hands-on experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, Scoped Apps, and App Engine Studio
- Integration development using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub
- Understanding of solution design, platform governance, and best practices
- Experience with performance optimization, secure development, and compliance standards
- Agile/Scrum delivery, technical leadership, and strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) and familiarity with HRSD or SPM modules
- Knowledge of platform capabilities such as Service Mapping, Discovery, Guided Decisions or Playbooks
- Hands-on experience with App Engine Studio and exposure to Virtual Agent or AI-driven solutions
- Understanding of Performance Analytics, reporting and platform data insights
- Awareness of upgrade cycles and release management processes within ServiceNow
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills combined with mentoring or knowledge-sharing experience
- Background in working within a global enterprise environment
