Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a ServiceNow Technical Architect based in Ujjain. The Technical Architect will design and implement effective ServiceNow solutions. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, creating workflow configurations, ensuring the platform's scalability, and overseeing technical development work. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and solution delivery will also be integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, customization, and integration capabilities
• Expertise in developing and implementing workflows, scripting (JavaScript, HTML, CSS), and ServiceNow best practices
• Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and/or IT Business Management (ITBM)
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and proficiency in solution design and technical documentation
• Proficiency in administration, configuration, and performance optimization of ServiceNow instances
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus
