Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect / ITOM Lead to design and lead implementation of ITOM solutions, drive CMDB strategy, and provide technical leadership across ServiceNow engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
- Lead CMDB design, CSDM alignment, and data governance initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentor teams.
- Design integrations and automation using REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules.
- Expertise in CMDB, CSDM, and ITIL processes.
- Hands-on with JavaScript, Glide APIs, integrations.
- Experience in solution architecture and enterprise implementations.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
Certifications (Preferred):
- CSA, CIS-ITOM, CAD
- CTA (Good to have)
