Servicenow Tech Lead

The idealcandidate will possess deep technical expertise across the ServiceNow platform,strong hands-on experience delivering complex enterprise transformations fromstrategy through implementation and operationalization. Consulting andstakeholder management capabilities would be an added advantage. This is astrong technical engineer role responsible for solution architecture, platformengineering, implementation governance, operations management, anddriving business outcomes through ServiceNow-enabled transformation.

KeyResponsibilities

ServiceNow Solution Leadership

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation programs across organizations
• Act as Solution Architect and technical authority for platform design decisions
• Establish platform governance, architecture standards, security controls, and development practices
• Drive enterprise adoption of ServiceNow capabilities and platform optimization initiatives

Platform Implementation & Engineering

• Design, configure, and implement solutions across:
• ITSM
• ITOM
• CSM
• HRSD
• ITAM
• SAM Pro
• HAM Pro
• SPM
• SecOps
• GRC
• Workplace Service Delivery
• AI & Automation Capabilities
• Lead greenfield implementations, platform consolidations, migrations, and modernization programs.
• Define scalable architecture based on ServiceNow best practices and CSDM standards.
