Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Tech Lead to drive end-to-end solution architecture, development, and governance within the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will lead technical teams and ensure best practices across CSM implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ServiceNow CSM implementations and enhancements.
- Design and review complex flows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Provide technical guidance on ServiceNow data models and CMDB.
- Oversee platform architecture and integration design.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Ensure adherence to platform best practices and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of ServiceNow experience.
- Strong expertise in CSM module.
- Advanced knowledge of Flow Designer.
- Experience in CMDB basics and ServiceNow data model.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
