Job Requirements:

Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (Demand Management, Innovation Management, Project PortfolioManagement (PPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM))
Familiarity with AI-driven insights and predictive analytics inproject planning .
Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (Safe) and Agilemethodologies

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure SPM modules including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Financial Planning.
Customize project templates, scoring models, and portfolio dashboards.
Design scalable technical architectures following ServiceNow best practices.
