• Experience with Strategic Portfolio Management (Demand Management, Innovation Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM))
• Familiarity with AI-driven insights and predictive analytics in project planning .
• Exposure to Scaled Agile Framework (Safe) and Agile methodologies

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SPM modules including Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, and Financial Planning.
• Customize project templates, scoring models, and portfolio dashboards.
• Design scalable technical architectures following ServiceNow best practices.
