We're Hiring: ServiceNow SPM Developer / Consultant

Location: Noida / Pune / Bangalore

Experience Required: 4+ Years

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer / Consultant with strong expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/PPM) modules and platform development. If you have hands-on experience building scalable enterprise solutions and working closely with stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules including:

• Demand Management
• Project Portfolio Management (PPM)
• Resource Management
• Agile Development (preferred)

• Design and develop:

• Workflows
• Business Rules
• UI Policies
• Client Scripts

• Configure:

• Project Workbench
• Planning Console
• Resource Plans

• Customize:

• Portfolio Planning
• Investment Funding
• Financial Tracking

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools such as JIRA and MS Project

• Build reports, dashboards, and performance analytics

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions

• Ensure platform governance, data integrity, upgrades, and instance maintenance

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform development

• Hands-on expertise with SPM / PPM modules

• Strong knowledge of:

• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• Glide APIs
• Flow Designer / Workflow Editor

• Experience with Demand-to-Project lifecycle management

• Understanding of:

• Resource allocation & capacity planning
• Financial planning including cost, budget, and benefit tracking

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

Good to Have:

• ServiceNow CSA Certification

• CIS-PPM / CIS-SPM Certification

• Experience with Performance Analytics

• Knowledge of Agile 2.0 / SAFe
