ServiceNow Specialist CSM & ITSM Implementation (Domain Separation)-6 months contract

We are seeking a ServiceNow Specialist with expertise in CSM and ITSM implementation, including Domain Separation and Flow Designer, with 4+ years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for daily administration, ensuring platform security, and optimising overall platform performance. You will configure workflows, support users, and implement enhancements that improve service delivery. The role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM/HRSD/SecOps) and hands-on skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for scripting and configurations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain platform stability and drive continuous improvement.

Experience Level: Associate-Level – ServiceNow with 5+ years of experience in platform administration, configuration, and ITSM operations. Strong technical foundation in automation, workflow design, and enterprise system support. Hands-on CSM and ITSM Implementation with Domain Separation and Flow Designer experience.

What is expected out of you

As a part of this Job

• Customer Service Management: Implement and support Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Domain Separation: Managing multi-tenant environments, domain-specific configurations, visibility rules, update set handling, and troubleshooting domain conflicts.
• Platform Administration & Configuration: Perform day-to-day administration, including managing the technical configuration of the platform, building forms, and creating reports and dashboards.
• User Management & Security: Manage user accounts, roles, and access control lists (ACLs) to ensure appropriate access levels and platform security.
• Maintenance & Upgrades: Monitor system performance, perform routine maintenance and error identification/remediation, and manage the planning and execution of platform upgrades and patches.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as a primary support resource for end-users and support teams, investigating, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues (incidents) related to the platform.
• Workflow & Automation: Gather requirements from stakeholders and implement minor enhancements, such as creating or modifying service catalog items and automated process flows/workflows (often using Flow Designer or JavaScript).
• Documentation & Training: Create and maintain technical and user documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures, and assist with training end-users and other staff.
• Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, project managers, business users) to align the platform with organizational goals and contribute to continual service improvement initiatives within ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management, etc.).

Requirements:

Must have skills:

• Strong proficiency in configuring ServiceNow modules (ITSM required; ITOM, HRSD, SecOps a plus).
• Must have CSM and ITSM implementation, including Domain Separation and Flow Designer
• Solid understanding of IT operations concepts, relational databases, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organisational, and communication skills are essential for interacting with technical teams and non-technical users alike.

Good to have skills :

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating scripts, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.

Certifications:

• CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management)
• CIS-CSM (Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management)
