About The Team
Our Content & Education team is responsible for crafting the technical labs, interview scenarios, and coursework that thousands of learners rely on to build their careers. You will be working alongside passionate developers to turn complex ServiceNow concepts into digestible, hands-on learning experiences.
What you'll do
As a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be the technical brain behind our courses and practice labs. You will design real-world business requirements and build the solution guides for them. You'll ensure our content is technically accurate, follows ServiceNow best practices, and truly prepares learners for their exams and jobs.

We're looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow developer who loves mentoring, writing, and explaining technical concepts clearly to others.

- Design and develop hands-on practice labs and project scenarios for ServiceNow developers.
- Write clear, technically accurate solution guides and explanations for complex platform features.
- Review and validate AI-generated content and interview questions for technical accuracy.
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow releases and ensure our platform reflects modern best practices.
We're looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow developer who loves mentoring, writing, and explaining technical concepts clearly to others.
Minimum Requirements
- Certifications: Must be certified in both CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer).
- Technical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in Flow Designer, Integrations (REST/SOAP), Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions simply.
- Ability to work independently and manage content creation pipelines.
- Experience mentoring junior developers or teaching technical courses.
- Additional mainline certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CTA).
- Familiarity with Service Portal and UI Builder (UIB).
