ServiceNow SIR Developer

Key Requirements:

• 35 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR)
• Strong experience in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules
• Experience in Threat Intelligence Integration, Playbook Configuration, Workflow Model, and Incident Response processes
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and API integrations
• Experience in configuring modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB
• **ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) certification preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
